Judicial Nominating Commission Recommends Applicants to Fill Judicial Vacancy

ATLANTA, GA – Governor Sonny Perdue’s Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) submitted recommendations today to fill the vacancy on the Superior Court of the Paulding County Judicial Circuit. The vacancy was created by the resignation of Judge W.A. Foster, III. The following applicants were recommended to Governor Perdue:

• Sandra W. Miller – Chief Judge of the Paulding Juvenile Court
• James R. Osborne – District Attorney of the Paulding Judicial Circuit
