Atlanta - The first official draft of the final report between Georgia and Alabama regarding the Alabama-Coosa-Tallapoosa Allocation Formula (ACT) is now available.

A Memorandum of Understanding was announced by Governor Sonny Perdue and Governor Bob Riley on April 21, 2003 in Dothan, Alabama. The report and a public notice for hearings can be accessed at http://www.gov.state.ga.us/press/2002_2003/notice2.pdf.
