Judicial Nominating Commission Recommends Applicants to Fill Judicial Vacancy

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue’s Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) submitted recommendations today to fill the vacancy on the Superior Court of the Atlanta Judicial Circuit. The vacancy was created by the resignation of Judge M. Gino Brogdon. The following applicants were recommended to Governor Perdue:
- Christopher Brasher – Senior Assistant Attorney General, Georgia Department of Law
- Myles Eastwood – Sole practitioner, Atlanta, Ga.
- Patricia Jackson – Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney, Fulton County District Attorney’s Office
- Sanford Jones – Chief Judge, Juvenile Court of Fulton County
- Andrette Watson – Associate Attorney, Green, Johnson & Landers, LLP
