Governor Perdue Announces New District Attorney for Paulding Judicial Circuit

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue announced today the appointment of F.A. “Drew” Lane, Jr., as District Attorney for the Paulding Judicial Circuit. Lane replaces James Osborne who was appointed to the Superior Court of the Paulding County Judicial Circuit last month.

F. A. “Drew” Lane, Jr., 42, Dallas, GA – Lane is an Assistant District Attorney for the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit and represents Ward 3 of the Dallas City Council. Lane has previously served as a sole practitioner and an associate attorney with Jeffrey B. Talley & Associates, P.C. He received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University and his Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University.
