Judicial Nominating Commission Recommends Nominees to Fill Vacancy on Fulton County State Court

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue’s Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) has submitted recommendations to fill a judgeship on the Fulton County State Court. The vacancy was created by the resignation of Chief Judge Albert L. Thompson.

The JNC submitted the following short list of names:

• Scott Delius – Delius Law Firm, P.C.
• Kelly Lee – Law Offices of Kelly Amanda Lee, LLC
• Todd Markle – Mabry and McClelland LLP
• Wes Tailor – Director, Elections Division of the Secretary of State’s Office
• Robert Wolf – Chief Senior ADA, Atlanta Judicial Circuit
