Judicial Nominating Commission Recommends Nominees to Fill Vacancy on the Chattahoochee Superior Court

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue’s Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) has submitted recommendations to fill a new judgeship on the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit. The vacancy was created by the resignation of Judge Robert G. Johnston, III.

The JNC submitted the following short list of names:

• Stacey S. Jackson –Hagler, Henderson, Jackson and Walters
• J. Ronald Mullins –Page, Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford, P.C.
• William C. Rumer – Rumer ∙ Gunby, LLP
