Judicial Nominating Commission Recommends Nominees to Fill Vacancy on the Fulton County Superior Court

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue’s Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) has submitted recommendations to fill a new judgeship on the Fulton County Superior Court. The new judgeship was created this year by the General Assembly.

The JNC submitted the following short list of names:

• Sidney Barrett – Senior Assistant Attorney General
• Katherine Hoffer – Assistant U.S. Attorney, U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Georgia
• Shawn LaGrua – Inspector General, Georgia Secretary of State’s Office
• Kelly Lee – The Law Offices of Kelly Amanda Lee, LLC
• Robert Wolf – Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney, Fulton County
