Governor Perdue Announces Next "Saturday with Sonny"

Atlanta - Governor Sonny Perdue will hold his next "Saturday with Sonny" (SWS) on Saturday, February 28, 2004, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in Cordele, GA at the Crisp County Recreation Department, 1205 North Fifth St. Extension. Citizens will have five minutes with the Governor to share their thoughts, discuss an issue, or ask a question.

To meet with Governor Perdue, citizens must reserve an appointment in advance by calling the Governor's Constituent Services Hotline at (404) 656-1776.

Reservations will be accepted beginning Monday, February 23, 2004 at 8:00 a.m. on a first come, first serve basis. Depending on availability, reservations will not be accepted after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2004. The five-minute meetings with Governor Perdue will not be open to media or registered lobbyists.

Participants are asked to arrive no earlier than 7:00 a.m. In order to meet with Governor Perdue, participants must have a scheduled appointment and identification.
