Governor Perdue, Superintendent Cox Announce Georgia’s Top 25
ATLANTA, Ga. – Governor Sonny Perdue and State School Superintendent Kathy Cox announced today the top 25 Georgia high schools with the highest average SAT scores.
“As college football season kicks-off this weekend, UGA and Tech fans will pay close attention to where their teams rank in the top 25 throughout the season,” said Governor Sonny Perdue. “With the latest SAT season complete, I’m pleased to announce the top 25 schools with the highest SAT scores in the state. I want to congratulate the students, teachers, administrators and parents for these outstanding results and encourage them to do even better next season.”
“From metro Atlanta to all corners of Georgia, these high schools are models of excellence,” said State School Superintendent Kathy Cox. “The teachers, administrators and staff of these schools have set the bar high and their students are responding to the challenge.”
A list of the top 25 schools and their respective average score is provided below:
