Judicial Nominating Commission Recommends Applicants to Fill Judicial Vacancy

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue’s Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) has submitted recommendations to fill the vacancy on the Superior Court of the Northeastern Judicial Circuit. The vacancy was created by the resignation of Judge John E. Girardeau. The following applicants were recommended to Governor Perdue:
- Jason Deal – District Attorney, Northeastern Judicial Circuit
- Charlie Wynne – Chief Judge, State Court of Hall County
