ATLANTA– Governor Sonny Perdue announced today the appointment of Paul H. Threlkeld as the solicitor-general for Toombs County. This position was created by the appointment of Tommy J. Smith as State Court Judge of Toombs County.
A brief biography is provided below:
Paul H. Threlkeld, Vidalia – Threlkeld has served as attorney and partner at Andrew & Threlkeld since October, 2006. Prior to this position, Threlkeld worked in the litigation group of Savannah law firm Oliver Maner & Gray for five years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Georgia and a juris doctor from the University of Georgia Law School.
