Kathleen Boyle Mathers has served as Director of External Relations for OSA since June 2007. Prior to that, she directed a federal statewide grant program at GaDOE to improve K-12 math and science teacher quality through partnerships between local education agencies and institutes of higher education. Mathers also led the education efforts of a children’s science center after teaching in DeKalb County Schools for eight years. She earned a Bachelors Degree from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame and Master’s Degree from
